The Manila Baker Story

It was 2018, just a few months after Chad and Alisxandre Ayson got married, when they started selling homemade baked goods on Instagram as a side hustle. What triggered it all? A simple craving — the couple decided to develop their own version of cornbread and discovered a passion they could build a brand on.

The Manila Baker grew from a two-person, apartment-based operation into one of the most beloved specialty bakeries in the Philippines, known for its Basque burnt cheesecake, artisan corn muffins, and uncompromising approach to ingredients.

TMBrew+Bistro is the next chapter of that story. Opening in Pasig City in 2024, it represents the brand's first full brick-and-mortar restaurant — a place where the same dedication to quality that defined The Manila Baker's baked goods now extends to savory food, craft drinks, and a full all-day dining experience.
